Freak
T Rex puppet for the finale similar to AVP and the alien Queen. God Id love a JP maze. I was thinking the same thing! I imagined them using the dino-hybrids in a similar fashion to the Xenomorph and werewolf puppets. Also some giant dragon flies or something similar to tge alien soiders hitting the window. They could even reuse some props from the Predator spaceship.
deliciousoatmeal
T Rex puppet for the finale similar to AVP and the alien Queen. God Id love a JP maze. While this would be awesome it would have to go into a soundstage. I'd be fine with that but the continuity would be a bit strange, you'd have to go past the JP ride and themed area, then a different scarezone, then back into JP with the maze, if that makes sense. I'd rather it be in the JP overflow
ThNdIzNiR
It's been 13 yrs and costuming and technology has advanced since then. JP isn't a farfetched idea and can be accomplished. As for Murdy needing to secure the property, Jurassic World has seen several delays. It was originally slated to come out in 2014(?). Attempting to secure the approval for the house may have been delayed a couple of years due to the movie not being released. Could JP be done? Sure. Have any of you been to the live show called Walking with Dinosaurs - The Arena Spectacular? See here... Those dinosaurs are costume/puppets that when operated correctly look super realistic. I know for a fact those costumes aren't cheap. Maybe they can rent them? There are also animatronics that could be built to replicate dinosaurs for sure, but at what cost? Also, just to beat the dead horse a little more, these creatures are large. If they were going to attempt to pull off something like this, I'd hope it was in a scare zone at least so that there is more room for the larger dinos to move freely, inside a small enclosed area (relative to a dinosaur) they'll be claustrophobic. Now, if this is an original concept Murdy has come up with that uses smaller humanoid/reptilian hybrid creatures then that's a whole different situation. As for all the Child's Play haters out there, geez guys, relax... it was just a guess. Why with all the negativity towards Chucky? Are you just Chucky'd out or something? Ridesandstuff
The dude who played meep on freakshow died I think a couple of weeks ago yyeeaa but thats really direct though. Seems like whoever it is would take you a round a bout way to the property than beinfg directly connected to it
foodstampsFTW
I know but it seems like murdy thinks there are enough clues to figure it out and it seems like the most possible answer
HorrorNightsFan13
Ben Woolf for AHS is a likely connection. But let us not forget those who want hitchcock because Rod Taylor, star of the birds died this year as well. They seem the most likely out of the deaths I saw

Ridesandstuff
Glad to see i'm not the only one who used this page for research. yup haha, so I'm guessing either the band is Crosby,Stills, and Nash/ Buffalo Springfield or the two bands played at the same festival. horror lover
This really has nothing to do with current speculation but apparently, Murdy is open to the idea of incorporating Michael Jackson's Thriller into the event.. @HorrorNights Have you ever thought about/been approached by the @michaeljackson estate to do a Thriller haunted house? @abelhorowitz yes. I would love that. I was MJ's VIP guide at USH in the late 80's
Mr.HHN
Ugh I want JP but I think the maze property that isn't really horror that he has been wanting to do that he has said he wants to do is a twisted version of ALICE IN WONDERLAND! I haven't been following shit, but I saw this on YouTube and I was like lol: My god was that movie horrible!

HorrorNightsFan13
Yeah I know, I got the notification, that was me who asked XD. So then its not AHS it seems? Or Hitchcock. Hmmm.

ThNdIzNiR
Didn't the band Blood, Sweat and Tears sorta tie to the Strain? One of their members died this week (1968-1973), Lew Soloff. Sam Andrew passed away and he played in the band that I believe backed Janis Joplin's vocals. Let's see... I'm not sure if " code 2 has something to do with someone who died this year" means that the person is tied directly to the house or to the band/song/location??? Here are some more names anyways. Daniel von Bargen passed away, he was the main bad guy Nix in Lord of Illusions. I'm not sure if that movie could be made into a house? Louis Jordan died and he played the role of Count Dracula in a 1977 tv version of Count Dracula that was supposedly similiar to Bram Stoker's version. We did get a Dracula last year though so... Darren Shahlavi died and had a role in the movie Alone in the Dark. Any chance we somehow get a Lord of the Rings type house, Alan Howard passed away... He was the voice of Sauron. Norman Yemm played a part in the movie Night of Fear, which was Australia's first horror movie of the renaissance (so they so). He also died. George Dickerson died this year, he played the role of the sheriff in Psycho 2. Cecil "Chic" Littlewood also died and had a role in the movie 30 Days of Night. Anita Ekberg starred in the 1st Spanish vampire movies to ever come out. It was called Malenka. funny... Upon its release producers offered "free psychiatric care" for anyone disturbed by Malenka Dallas Taylor from Crosby Stills and Nash passed away this past Jan. I checked out the songs that they performed at Woodstock and I saw this one... Suite: Judy Blue Eyes. If they played that song at more than 1 festival, it has to be TWD right? Judy Blue Eyes and Baby Judith. Are there any other Judy's (besides AHS)? Edited March 10, 2015 by ThNdIzNiR

deliciousoatmeal
About the outside the box horror property (Presumably a property)... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Goosebumps_(film) Eh, I feel like it's going to be more of a kids movie. If it had a slightly more serious tone I could see it. One property that's somewhat well known but may not be considered horror is BioShock, but that's definitely a wishful thought. I'd be so happy though, even if they butchered it. Edited March 10, 2015 by deliciousoatmeal
HorrorNightsFan13
Monterey Pop festival, Woodstock, or Altamont. What properties did we have that connect to either of these 3 venues? I know I connected TWD to Monterey but what properties were connected to the other 2 if any. Crosby, Stills & Nash performed at Woodstock. Didn't someone bring them up a while back? Grindhousehero13
About the outside the box horror property (Presumably a property)... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Goosebumps_(film) It IS Horror, it IS a Kid's movie... it IS Kid Horror. I wanna see the hell out of it! I grew up with those books but doubt HHN unless you guys are cool with more kids attending, right after which their parents sue HHN for being an adult event again?
