ThNdIzNiR
It said that the whole time. I don't believe it. He changed the words. It definitely said, "I wasn't old enough to see it, so I had to sneak in." Use your head... The way it is written now, it isn't even a clue. He already says it is a Universal teen comedy from high school. It was supposed to be a clue to help you figure out roughly the age of the movie. You can even see the error he made when modifying it. Look at "see it...or" There is no space between the it and or because he just changed it up quick. Edited June 18, 2014 by ThNdIzNiR

Grindhousehero13
I'm pretty sure he said it was a High School Comedy not a comedy from when he was in High School. Once again the clues are not to help us figure out the mazes they're to keep us from figuring them out early and leaking it since Murdy has been dealing with really bad leaks for a while. So if you wanna complain about things not really being a clue Waka Waka Waka

Ridesandstuff
The film is a teen comedy. it's not the maze property, hence "teen spirit". One of the actor in the teen comedy stared (or directed I guess since he said filmography) a film whose title is in the tile of the maze. DTH316
Perhaps you got Waka Waka Waka right, but there wasn't a connection to The Walking Dead, which I suppose is what matters. Been watching Penny Dreadful. This should totally be a maze. So many characters, environments, iconic moments. Anyone else find it suspect that Murdy is following the From Dusk Till Dawn twitter?

I'm starting to believe Orlando & Hollywood are sharing quite a bit, Salma Hayek connects us to Muppets Most Wanted from this year & that makes Soap Commercial take us potentially to From Dusk Till Dawn. ThNdIzNiR
Of all the Universal teen comedies that take place in high school ever made, why were most of the people guessing Fast Times at Ridgemont High on the twitter page tied to that tweet? And the actor we are looking for is a HIM unless that changes somehow. He bumped into him at a mosh pit in 1985. Murdy's favorite Irish Band of all time was playing, the band was famous for combining traditional Irish music with punk rock. The actor was with a famous friend of his that night and they both went to the same high school. At first I thought it was Sean Penn and Lars Ulrich. But they didn't go to high school together. Penn did go to school with Mike Muir (singer - Suicidal Tendencies), but I don't know if they are friends. And not that it really helps anymore, I'm pretty sure Murdy was born in 1967... or within a few months of that year. SirOwenDisney
And i'm starting to also believe that with the name drop of twisted on Murdy's twitter that the original maze is connected to Dee Snider. When I heard about a celebrity involvement connected to music coming to the event after all, the first person that came to mind was actually Dee Snider & that was without any connection at all. The fact the word twisted was used was a connection but that is not why I said what I said, it just could possibly have given me a reason to think that way. DTH316
Ight, so Ferox did get Waka Waka Waka right. Dead on, as a matter of fact. Perhaps AWIL is Soap Commercial than!
foodstampsFTW
Well I think soap commercial still can be AWIL because apparently Murdys never heard of that guess

RockinSight
I don't know if you guys are still working on the Teen Spirit code name but Emilio Estevez went to Santa Monica High School with Sean Penn, Rob Lowe, Robert Downey jr., and others. But I think sean penn and Emilio Estevez would be good since that way you got either Breakfast Club or Fast Times at Ridgemont High. Hope this helped. EDIT: Okay, so did both Emilio Estevez and Sean Penn (both BClub and FTRH have poker terms, club= poker don't really need to explain, and high= high hand=poker) and here is what I got: Most likely of Only Sean Penn: Silent House (low chance) Last House on the Left Monster Squad (less likely) American Werewolf in London (Was in Americans=AWIL, most likely) Only E. Estevez: The Strangers, but it was a scare zone so I'm not Sure, Dracula Untold, but I believe it belongs with the Empire codename Both E. Estevez and S. Penn Dawn of the Dead (maybe) Dead Silence(low chance) Dead Space Shaun of the Dead Fright Night Overall, what seems probable IMO is AWIL, the strangers, Dracula Untold and Dead Space. I didn't really explore their credits so if you doubt this maybe you can help Edited June 19, 2014 by RockinSight
Dr Morgus
Next maze announcement in early July. @jakesundstrom It will be in early July and no, its not a repeat...in any way shape or form— Horror Nights (@HorrorNights) June 19, 2014 Hmm, and lots of guest stars in the video for the announcement. That's a wrap. Just finished shooting the next announcement video with lots of guest stars... All of them really really cool. AsylumSB
With the on/off/on again rumors pertaining to From Dusk til Dawn in Orlando, I am guessing this property was or will be one shared with Hollywood. It actually fits in with two of the codenames. But I think it best fits with Soap Opera. Salma Hayek was in a few films this year and her role in From Dusk til Dawn was basically an extended cameo. Plus, Dawn is the name of a dish soap. Not this has anything to do with the clues in the codename, but one of Salma's first roles was in a Mexican soap opera. Mr.HHN
From Dusk till Dawn would actually be a great fit in the Parisian Courtyard and would be the maze that attracts the Latino community this year. This actually is really likely to happen
