I've been to the event twice this year so far and have a few of you scareactors I'd like to thank. In Evil Dead, last night, the girl coming out of the hole in the floor saw my nightmares shirt, pointed and mouthed nightmares. That was cool.

Also last night one of the zombies in the Atlanta area also noticed the shirt, he proceeded to follow me until I quietly pointed out a lady not paying attention walking across the street in front of me, he got her pretty good using myself and my wife as a shield. That was awesome, it was in front of the mummy.

On Saturday night in the theater scene in AWIL the girl in the last chair before the exit of the room jumped up and smacked my hand accidentally, she apologized but if you're on here, you had nothing to apologize to me for, you made my night lol.

CiTW, Cast A, the spike faced guy who can come out of his cell, fantastic.

You mean Fornicus, with the sawblades through his head?

Do you recall what time this was?

No, not exactly but it was my 2nd house of the night. We we're in when the gates opened and went to Resident Evil, walked straight in and then went straight to AWIL after that. My guess is after 6:30 but before 7:00

Okay, that would have been the B girl.

Cabin in the Woods: Im unsure as to what cast she was in but it was in the scene of the "rape room" and the first spot to the right, the girl, came out and just screamed her most horrifying horror movie scream. I about lost my bowels on the dance floor. Thanks for the first scare in years! I couldnt even look up for the rest of the house because of how terrifying you were to me. Hah, kudos.

The female walker in black and red near the entrance on the 28th and 29th. Not only did you give me some good footage, you "got" me a few times.

Same with most of the walkers on the same dates in the New York portion of Atlanta.

And every time I went into the AWiL house, all the actors were on fire. Great work there!

And special thanks to Sean, who was my UtH tour guide. Great guy!

Werewolf, cast A, 5:45 last night. I took my sister through it and we were basically alone the whole time and every single actor targeted her (and me). She screamed so loud once my ears started ringing  thank you for giving me the best run of that house i've had so far. Special shoutout to the Nazi werewolf in the hospital scene for getting me every damn time i go through the house xD

Props to the Walkers at the end of Walking Dead yesterday. I was the first one through the house, and their coordinated attack in the very last scene literally had me on the run.

Also, not sure which scene it was in Werewolf, but I think it was before the transformation room. Whoever is in there scared the living snot out of my husband, which is no easy task. I laughed my way through the rest of the house. Wish I knew who it was. He just refers to it as, "Some guy pranced out and attacked me!"

Just a general note of appreciation to all the walkers in the streets... I had more than one get all up in my face! lol My friend (who went to HHN for the first time ever last night) joked about one of the walkers in front of Disaster, "Damn, if he would have gotten any closer we would've been making out!" lol Keep up the great work!

some props to various scareactors from yesterday (as it is 10/5/13, and this was for 10/4).

*Cast A in Cabin in the Woods with the scareactress in the first part of the cabin who wanted to "trade" me one of her severed heads for Duffy, and the guy with the axe who gave me a look due to my Nemo hat.

*Pretty much the cast of TWD: No Safe Haven, especially the prisoners who wanted to get Duffy and Pal Mickey.

*The Bobby from the headline room in Afterlife who always targets me and Duffy.

*Over at Havoc where one of the soldiers following the "Aliens-like corridor" tried to get Mickey. And of course the soldier with the handgun and the female soldier with the shotgun who targeted Nemo (and for the second visit, she even said "She did not ask for fish!").

*the Possessed Mia who targeted me and of course said her "I will feast on your filthy soul" when I passed by with Duffy and Pal Mickey, along with the other Possessed Mia who caused me to recoil near the "basement" sector. Of course Natalie (a.k.a. Bad Natalie as Duffy knows her as) for taking aim on us with the nail gun. and the Mia from the final stage who tried to attack us with the chainsaw in the finale where she goes "Feast on this Mother--".

*Chef Tony over at Resident Evil who tried to get Duffy in both visits. the Green monster thing prior to the finale room who tried to get Nemo, and of course the zombies in the town square finale.

*In the Fall of Atlanta scarezone, most of the cast (especially one of the female victims who often seeks Duffy for "protection" which often leads to a walker following me and her. And in the second visit during the night, she screamed out my actual name which prompted me to see what was going on).

*The Chainsaw Drill Team whose leader noticed that I switched hats (the previous time we encountered her, I believe I was wearing the Figment hat).

This is for Thursday the 3rd and Friday the 27th.

I love all of the "The Vault is Dead!" shouts I've been getting this year. Shoutout to the walker truck escort dude who shouted it, the dog of war at the beginning of havoc that "breaks" free of the metal holder thingy, one of the doctors in CITW, and I think someone in AWIL as well (don't remember who haha, sorry I'm quite exhausted.)

Also, much love to the person toward the beginning of CITW that 'stole' my stuffed cat. And the lady that comes out of the wall toward the end of Afterlife....you did your scare, went back into your boohole, then popped back out to either check my shirt or my cat out. That was pretty cool.

Mad props to the street scareactors for making do with the extraordinary lack of originality this year in the streets. I've gotten a few jumps here and there in the streets, which is saying something considering zombies don't really scare me a whole lot anymore. I'm pretty much desensitized to them at this point. I just wish you guys would come through the "dead" areas like central park, and random walkways, and even the stores again. So much for "nowhere is safe." Last year the scares found me....now I have to find the scares.

Edit: I feel like I should add....extreme mad props to the casts of AWIL and CITW. HOLY SHIT! In CITW it felt like every scare was coming at me from multiple angles. And AWIL....those puppets....wow. Half the time I knew where the scare was going to come from....the boo holes are quite obvious....but I STILL would get freaked the hell out. And Havoc, you guys rocked too. Definitely the same energy as the old house, but not the same feel....still quite fantastic.

That would be the spirit of Jack in limbo. He doesn't look too good after a day or two like that.

Was it a relatively tall guy or a really short guy?

On Friday night, My BF and I got Walking Dead in at the last moments (we walking in around 1:55am) To the whole cast well done!!!! the groups in front and behind us were a riot to watch. NO scareactor missed the girls behind me (probably cause anytime I could I would point them out)!!!! But extra KUDOS goes to the larger caged walker in the facade area (I think I know who you are) the girls behind me were like "they can't get out" "stay where you are, you can't get out" Well said scareactor walks around and right before we walked in you came right behind the one girl and snarled in her ear....well played sir!

Tonight....Walker Bomb truck guy...you are awesome! No, I wasn't following you, you just seemed to be in my path everywhere I went haha.

The scareactress right before the tunnel at the end of Afterlife.....you're so awesome for stealing my cat. I knew you eyeballed me my last run through. Actually, shout out to the entire afterlife cast. I got to run through with my gf with nobody ahead or behind us. It was fantastic. Especially the triple scare toward the beginning. I got lost at least twice in the mirror room and around it. It was great having the OPS chick come and tell me where to go, and immediately have a scareactor pop out as soon as I was going the right way. I love how most of you knew that I was disoriented and I was checking my corners staying vigilant (very difficult for me not to) and you would keep hiding....and waiting....until just when I thought it was clear, you'd come out from behind a fake wall and get me. Truly awesome.

Much <3 to the street crew in Atlanta that totally surrounded me and my gf around 12:30 AM. The streets were so empty because apparently everyone thought that the park was closed, so you guys had free reign. I was on my cell phone trying to figure out the Legendary Truth badge path, and I had one walker give me a jump scare....then all of a sudden every single one of you guys turned and saw us and started approaching, just like in the TV show. It was fantastic. I wish I could've stopped and played along a bit, but I was in a hurry to get that badge! Which unfortunately I missed by about 5 minutes anyhow.

Havoc guys....always top notch. <3 to all of you.

CITW guys....also always top notch. I'm amazed that I can constantly get scared from every angle in this house, and I STILL haven't found all of the easter eggs!

Another great night. Again, I'm happy that the street scareactors are good enough to make up for the lack of originality and opportunities to interact like you did in the past.

Mia with the chainsaw at the finale of Evil Dead on Saturday night, first run through (we were 6th in line when it opened). My husband and I had just let our guard down and as soon as that chainsaw started, he ran, literally leaving me behind. Kudos.

As for streets, the well-dressed survivor in NY. I know we saw him Thursday/Friday, not sure about Saturday. Awesome. Looked authentically terrified and got some really good startles while we watched.

There was also a walker near NY who we spotted a few times, gave me a feel more of a 28 Days Later strain of zombie, than a Walking Dead walker but Wow. Walked around with his mouth open, making higher pitched screeching type noises, kinda twitchy. He was great.

some props to various scareactors from yesterday (as it is 10/6/13).

*Cast A in Cabin in the Woods with the scareactress in the first part of the cabin who ended up having Duffy sitting down at the dinner table, and the Drill using doctor on the right who tried to take swipes at Duffy

*Pretty much the cast of TWD: No Safe Haven, especially the prisoners who wanted to get Duffy and Pal Mickey, and the walker prior to the cellblock for causing me to recoil

*The Bobby from the headline room in Afterlife who always targets me and Duffy, and one of Bobby's victims who tried to "stab" duffy near the spinning tunnel

*Over at Havoc. I happened to enter just when Cast A was being switched with Cast B, and the handgun wielding soldier near the end said "we're gonna get you, Steven (my actual name)", along with the soldier who once again told me "Stuffed animals alone isn't going to save you big boy!", and the shotgun wielding female soldier who said "I thought I got rid of that damn fish (the nemo hat)" or something like that.

* At Evil Dead, Natalie (a.k.a. Bad Natalie as Duffy knows her as) for taking aim on us with the nail gun.

* Over at Resident Evil, the first zombie Leon is fending off, who snarled at me a couple of times,Chef Tony who tried to get Duffy. the Green monster thing prior to the finale room who tried to get Nemo, and of course the zombies in the town square finale.

*In the Fall of Atlanta scarezone, one of the victims who has sought for "duffy's help" in previous visits.

*The Chainsaw Drill Team whose leader told me that "Duffy was way past his bedtime for this experience"

Ok here's a twist appreciation from a scareactor to a guest. Hawthorn and jen. You guys were awesome tonight. Even though you meet me and knew who I was you still ran. Idk if it was to make me feel better or if jen(I hope that's right) was actually scared but you guys made my night both times you came through.

Another great night.

Much love to the Atlanta street crew! You guys seriously changed my opinion about the streets this year. About 5 minutes before park closing, one zombie started shouting "Hey! HEY! HEY!" (of course in a zombie-esque voice) to my girlfriend....she stopped, and he came up to her, sniffed her, appeared to check her out and then pretty much went "mmmmm!!" That was totally epic. The rest of Atlanta....the distraction scares, the survivors loving up on my stuffed cat (especially my favorite "cheerleader" from years past). Then the rest of the zombies for team tagging me, and my girlfriend and cousin....it was totally great. <3 to the zombies that "ate" my stuffed cat.

<3 to the walker-truck zombie that "ate" my cat. I wasn't expecting to get any attention from the zombies at that point, so I was very pleased. And to the walker-truck guard that always points at me and/or singles me out. You're great.

The rest of the streets were pretty great too. Lots of fantastic scares when I was distracted. Quite a few chased my cousin around, who's a 6'2'' baby....it was fantastic. The best was when one of you guys would scare my gf, and hold her up....and then get me after I turn around from looking behind me.

As for the houses....as always the Sound Stage houses are totally rocking this year. Even RE did pretty decent for me tonight.

<3 to the Havoc cast. I was the last group to come through the house tonight, and man you guys were on fire. <3 to my "vault is dead" favorite at the beginning of the house. That scare will always get me. The rest of you, as always, had so much energy. I'm really happy that you all have the energy that you did in the past, even right at park closing.

Okay, my wife and I were there this past weekend for 3 nights with our Nightmares shirts and here are our shoutouts.

1. 10/5: Havoc 2 the three actors who popped out and scared the crap out of my wife during the train crash hallway (we forget the time).

2. 10/4: The Walking Dead actor in the chain link fence area who popped out and scared me (around 7:45).

3. 10/6: The Atlanta scarezone actor who followed my wife and I around and grumbled Nightmares (Cast C around 7-ish).

4. 10/6: The Clear scarezone actor who walked himself into a wall while we were walking by (around 12-ish).

5. 10/4: The Cabin in the Woods Lord of Pain who got my wife (around 6:15)

6. 10/5: An American Werewolf in London possessed David (around 6)

Those are the ones that jump immediately to my mind. We both got some good scares in some of the houses at one point or another so there are definitely more than I am listing. If any of you scareactors think you are the ones I mentioned, let me know so that we can keep an eye out for you in the coming years. We only had those three nights so to all of you scareactors, thanks for a good year!

Aww, thanks! It was awesome to meet you pre event, and then see you in character. And yes, you actually did get us, Jen only runs when she's really freaked out. Feel free to test this, repeatedly :) we'll definitely be back through there!

Last night was awesome, everyone's really getting into their roles!

Havoc- due to the only other party in line needing to finish their drinks, we got to run through alone. Wow, you guys have serious rage issues! And it's not nice the threaten to rip someone's face off!

AWIL- love those wolves, hopefully they'll weather hell week okay. Special kudos to the bobby who kept asking us where his arm was. We had a pretty good idea, but thought it best not to tell him:)

La Llorona- Always nice to see our former vamp lady in the church! This house keeps getting better and better!

Survivor's camp- we love watching you guys! Great energy for such a small space! Sunday night they were give an are they couldn't cross over due to crowds, and three of them stood at the line and reached at us for a few minutes. One even borrowed some entrails and tried "fishing" for us!

Atlanta- we're now up to 2 survivors who were bitten, died, and re-animated next to us. It's great acting, and actually a little sad...lots of aggression and action, gets better every night.

Walker bomb- King_k's shenanigans are reaching legendary status. He'll chase that Tardis hat halfway across the park! Jen tried taking the hat off, 5 seconds later, a voice behind her grumbles "Just cause you ain't wearin' it don't mean I can't see you!"

Disaster- The undiscovered gem. One of the walkers popped out of the fog, inches from my face. I honest to God almost fell in the lagoon!

The Clear- awesome movements and interaction. Some of these guys will literally just wander in your way and stand there. Very unnerving...special kudos to Carnage, who was nice enough to chase us out of his zone, so we could "turn around and live"....
