Bloody Mary/Usher projections

I read somewhere; I’m unsure where; that apparently they had projections of Bloody Mary and the Usher in the streets in their respective years (2008 and 2009). Could someone who remembers this tell me what these projections were like? What was shown in them?

Don't remember much of Usher's but Mary's was usually shown on the buildings, one of the vivid ones I remember was the building by where Transformers is now, she was seen sometimes on there. Just images that would fade in and out of her eyes or closeups.

I looked on Flickr to see if they had any images; and by the looks of it you’re right.

In the first video; you could see some small glimpses in the 0:57 and 3:49 marks; and in the second video; 2:04 and 3:47 marks.
