  1. Please no plexiglass, actors wearing masks, and them being isolated on stages. Took me right out of it when I went to pop to look at the houses last year. If you're vaccinated great, less risk to you. If not, probably shouldn't be dipping your toes into the Petri dish. That's just my opinion, though.
  2. I still bought my tickets. Refuse to miss an anniversary year, virus be damned.
  3. I'm sure hhn will be going on. After all, the event itself has proven itself to be a huuuuge money maker that keeps growing year after year. Especially after what, a month or more of closing the parks? They're going to after some serious moolah. The people that will attend despite the virus will be greater than those that don't because of it. In any case, does anyone feel like Universal doesn't take risks with their horror content anymore? I remember one year we practically had Nazi zombies.
  4. Or...more crowds = more money more money = more funds for houses and scareactors more houses and scare actors = bigger event eventually I want to see both universal AND IoA to be all horror night’d up
  5. 7:00 PM Depths of Fear - 5 min Ghostbusters - 60 min Graveyard - 35 min Yeti - 30 min Stranger Things - 70 min Universal Monsters - 15 min Us - 45 min Killer Klowns - 30 min Nightingale - 15 min 1000 Corpses - 5 min
  6. HEY KID! DO YOU LIKE SEEING THE SAME THING EVERY YEAR? DOES WASTING TIME THAT COULD BE SPEND IN SCAREZONES OR HOUSES APPEAL TO YOU? THEN OH BOY DO WE HAVE A SHOW FOR YOU! Skip this crap. It brings nothing new and each year I see it the more my desire for the return of an excellent halloween adventure grows.
  7. Am I the only one that thinks that choreographic dancing gets old really damn fast?
  8. At the end of the day, it's not about whether or not you find it scary, but whether or not you find it fun. I can remember a year or two in which I wasn't really scared, but was entertained and had a blast. Though, often times I found the 'scariest' houses to be the original ones rather than any IP. Still, I agree with Rikku, the older I get, the more I go to just appreciate the set design and costumes. It's the best looking event by far in the US, I think!
  9. Orlando has a bigger budget, more houses, more scarezones, and superior attendance ratings than Hollywood by far. If you don't come here at least once, you're missing out on something truly special.
  10. enough with the chit chat lets get some grub going
  11. I kind of get how it fits into the event, with the whole “Hands Across America 1986” thing they had.
  12. Ghostbusters? I ain’t afraid of no ghost!
