There were songs being in Vamp 55 that were released later than 1955. I think they'll just go for what gives an 80s feel, regardless of being 100% true to the date.

Curious what others taking the tours have found with regards to which houses they are doing then. I really want to do it to see Dead Waters, but don't want to take the full tour so hoping there is some insight on which houses they are doing what type of day. I see that someone posted they did Dead Waters on the afternoon tour. Anyone else?

I did the tour a few years ago, the year The Wolfman house was included, and we were not allowed to take pics in that one house because the movie had not yet been released at the time. But to abolish all pics on the tour in all IP houses is seriously screwed up. As said, Walking Dead has been included and accessible for pics the last few years, so why not now? I was on the fence about booking this year but I definitely won't do it now.

We had some fun in this scarezone last weekend. Artifice member convinced my son and his friend to follow her to Mother and pledge allegiance. She tried to get me too but I resisted. Something going on with that Mother...I don't think she's to be trusted! I get the similarities between this and Acid Assault, but I prefer this one over AA.

Zone looks and feels similar to zones set here in past years, but still an enjoyable zone.

This zone looks pretty cool at night. Love the atmosphere.

LOVED this zone. May not be the scariest zone, but I have spent a couple hours here already just watching from the sidelines and interacting with the scareactors here and it has been so much fun.

For a Walking Dead house, it was alright. Definitely better than a couple of them. But just enough already. Please?

I liked the movie, and I thought some of the sets were good, but this house was a bit of a disappointment to me. Probably because it was the one I was looking forward to the most and it just didn't deliver. I hope it improves over the run, because I really want to like it more than I did. I also saw a video from Hollywood's version today, and comparing the two at this point, I think theirs was better.

Absolutely gorgeous house, but not a lot of scares. Hoping those will come in future visits. But just an amazing looking house.

My first few runs through this house weren't very good, and I just didn't really care for it too much. Felt repetitive and had some boring/empty sections. I'll give it another try in a couple weeks though.

First trip through this house was during the day and I could not see much of anything because my eyes couldn't adjust quickly enough. Second trip at night was MUCH better, able to take in the details and I am looking forward to revisiting this one a lot. Only complaint would be there was way too much hanging stuff in this house, got a bit annoying.

Great sets in this house and got some good scares in here. Love the exit area. Looking forward to going again in a couple weeks.

I've watched all but the 5th season of AHS. Overall, I enjoyed the house. Will try to catch Season 5 before I return in a couple weeks so I can *get* the rooms for that season a little better. Agree they did a great job with the casting.

Chance deserved a better house.

Wasn't really excited for another Halloween house so soon but went through a few times this past weekend and easily got the most "scares" in here. The end scene was pretty cool.

I wasn't sure what to expect from this show, but I really enjoyed it. Much more than just a dance crew.

Does anyone know if there has been any sellout nights this year? Or historically if the final nights of the event sell out? I am hoping to upgrade my FF ticket to a FFP ticket for this Friday so I can attend with a friend, but I won't get to Orlando until Friday afternoon in order to do so. Just wondering if anyone has an idea of what the likelihood of that being possible is.

I love Alice in Wonderland and I loved the Asylum in Wonderland scarezone so this is my most anticipated house. I can see how a 3-D element could work well in this house, but I'm not sure it was necessary. Regardless, I'll just be happy to be in this twisted Wonderland.

I am so happy to see Bloodengutz being represented in this house. I wasn't a fan of NIghtingales but I know a lot of people were so I figured they'd be in here. The rest of the confirmed elements are fine with me, and I am anxious to see what else goes in there.

Given that it's a major anniversary year, it makes sense to me to bring back one of the all time greats. I would guess less people would be complaining about it if it had been originally done a few more years ago, but personally I'm not unhappy with the decision since it will help with crowds and it is one of my favorite houses of the 9 years I've gone.

It was hard to pick a #1 because there are three houses I am really interested in. 1. Asylum in Wonderland 3D - I chose Asylum in Wonderland because Alice is one of my favorite literary characters of all time and I loved the Asylum scarezone. I don't have a problem with the 3-D nature of the house because it seems to fit the concept well. 2. Anniversary - I am excited for this house because I want to see what they put in it and the fact that it will be a big house. I've seen a couple of the rumors, and I think I'll be happy for the most part. 3. Blizzard - I love the Body Collectors and I love Psychoscareapy. I don't know what's to come out of mixing the two of them together, but I'm excited for it. 4. RUN - I am interested in this house, but I am a little apprehensive. I did not get to see the first RUN house, only the second one. Which didn't really have much to do with original concept and was not a favorite of mine. But I have heard so many people talk about how great the first one was so that gets my #4 spot. Also, the fact it's in Hellgate Prison intrigues me. Obviously a bigger fan of the original concepts, but continuing on 5. AWIL - Yes, we just had it a couple years ago. But it's in my top five favorite houses of the last 9 years that I've attended so if they were going to bring one back, this is a good one. For me anyway. 6. Freddy vs. Jason - Two classics and has got to be better than the movie. 7. Purge - I actually liked the scarezone more than I thought I would last year. 8. Insidious - I've seen two of the movies. O.k. I guess. Not real excited for it but I'll give it a chance. 9. TWD - The houses have gotten better over the years but I'm just over it. I understand why they keep bringing it back, but I don't have to like it. As for the scarezones. I'm excited for all of them. In the past when they had them, usually there were one or two I just didn't think we're going to be good but all of these have great potential and I can't wait to go through them.
