Quick question, I'll be attending this Sunday and will be doing the RIP tour. BUT I really want to make sure I see this. How many performances have they been doing each night and at what times?

True, he mentioned it on his vlog post after he and Jen did their tour.

Anyone been watching the hhn Orlando snapchat all night? They've been posting a story of this girl who'vs on the lookout for diamond shapes throughout the park and this supposedly has something to do with the legendary truth

It was the year with Lady Luck as the icon (2011?). There are videos on youtube if you google it. I didn't get a chance to go myself, but from the videos, it does look like a heck of a house. Lots of good use of black lighting, hiding scareactors, misdirection, etc.

So, never thought of this. If I', doing the 'stay and scream' at IOA during the day and HHN at night, Instead of walking to the front gate of Uni, can I just go to the gate by Blue Man Group? I know they aren't letting people go from the Dr Seuss gate anymore, so I'm trying to work it out so that we don't have to go through the hundreds of people in the front.

Hollywood got this but Orlando didn't. Too bad :/

Excited to start seeing people's reviews of this. Really want to know if it's worth the extra cost and time.

I'll be honest and say that I'm excited for this house. 1- I'm a huge fan of the show and 2- I missed my chance to see it in 2012 and haven't been back to HHN since. I know that most here are sick of it, but I'll be bright eyed when I get to see the 'Dead Inside' doors in person for the first time. To be fair, UO keeps doing this because of A- $$$$ B- Contracts (see letter A) and C- people like me who may not have seen the house or thoroughly enjoy the show. Reason C is also why there's now a perm. haunt in Hollywood. Did I hear that they could possibly do that in Orlando where Terminator is now? (sorry, slightly off topic, but I'd like to know)

My wife and I are flying from Iowa. Our schedule only allowed us to go at the end of October. So, I figured, if we're only going 1 night and know it's gonna be packed, I wanted to guarantee that we saw EVERYTHING. So, we're doing RIP for the first time. I know it'll be worth what we paid.

Another example of how the design team (and marketing) started to mail it in after they put this year's design together. No immersive website (heck, no website with basic details for that matter) and now no good commercial that would promote a character that we all know they care for and have developed over multiple years for the sake of making sure the general public knows that Reagan, Michael and Leatherface will be at this year's event. (AKA $$$) I'm not stupid though, I get it. BUT C'MON! Thank goodness the actual event itself seems really good.

Then why would they have sold it to me that way? I'm doing IOA during the day then stay and scream. They explained to me on the phone while i was purchasing the package that it would be through Dr. Seuss like normal.

Not to spoil anything for your AHS viewing, but seasons 4 and 5 have plenty of nightmare fuel.

New for 2016 the park is taking the scares to a new place with FEAR VR: 5150, described as a "groundbreaking and horrifying virtual reality experience. Strapped into a wheelchair and wearing Samsung Gear VR headgear, guests are at the mercy of the "maniacal hospital staff". FEAR VR: 5150 will require an extra fee to experience, and it not available as part of the Fright Lane or Fright Lane Plus programs.

I wholeheartedly agree. I (along with a few others I'm sure) have even posted on Orlando's twitter feed to try to get some sort of answer regarding the site and I haven't seen any reply. You'd think that with the year they're having, they'd want to have a decent site to go with it. I'm not even talking about the site we got with The Usher. (I've said this before, my favorite HHN site ever) Just give us something equal to Hollywood's that's actually informative. I'd like to know, for example, what attractions will be open the nights of HHN. We still don't have that. BUT, we also don't have a final map either, so maybe we'll get one last update at some point with both and more. We'll see.....not holding my breath. P.S speaking of twitter and FB accounts, Hollywood's is way more responsive and interactive than Orlando's. PUT SOME EFFORT INTO YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA PEEPS! *sigh* oh well

I agree, pricey. But, with us flying in from out of state and this being my wife's first HHN, I wanted her (and me) to be able to see the whole event and really appreciate it instead of spending most of the night in lines. We really just built it into the costs of the trip.

What about RIP? Is there something bad about those? because I don't really hear a lot of people talking about them here. I'm doing RIP for the first time this year because I wanted to guarantee we see all the houses and B&T.

Additional Details This experience combines virtual reality and an immersive theater environment. While walking and wearing a headset, guests will experience an environment consisting of enclosed spaces, locations of great height and scary/intense interactions. Must be ages 13 or older. Persons with the following conditions should not experience this attraction: Motion Sickness or Dizziness Fear of Heights Medical Sensitivity to Strobe or Fog Effects Fear of Enclosed Spaces Recent Surgery or Other Conditions that may be aggravated by this experience Guests may remain in standard wheelchair throughout. The part about the locations of great height and fear of heights intrigues me.

I know i know, the theory about this house being about the upcoming season has been squashed by the confirmation of it being seasons 1,4 &5. But i just saw this and wanted to put it on here.
