I agree with the above comments. The past 3-years, I would typically see the show about 40 times each year. Maybe the plot was loose, but I thought the jokes and performances were great. This year, I've seen it twice and really struggled the second time not being bored. While there are a few parts that I really like (Clinton, Pokemon girl, Trump) the rest is pretty dull. So many great performers acting out such lame material. For me, I'll probably stick with a once per week viewing and hope it gets better with time.

I normally do private tours each year and they have always lasted the entire event. I'm not sure if your experience is the norm or not.

I enjoyed the Evil Root's area, but the Jack show really makes the area congested. It will be interesting to see what this area looks like on a peak night.

If you go to the official site and click the purchase tickets button, you can then click on each day of the event which shows the hours. On October 8th, it's open until 2am. This year, there are only two closing times - 1am or 2am.

It's not posted to the website yet, but I was able to book my RIP and Unmasking the Horror Tours this morning by phone.
