  1. While Twilight is horrific in its own way. It's definitely not horror! (Mediocre writing and character development) As for Asian connections, Doc posted a Cryptic Perfomance from The Mikado. Three little maids from school. An opera/light opera set in Japan. The "three little maids" are geisha esque. Doc mentioned how his performance was a "drag". Madam Butterfly is about a geisha in drag. Geisha were originally men who entertained the patrons of the courtesans. This suggests geishas but that they may be hiding something. Doc also posted pictures of Japanese urban legends on his Tumblr page. Cassi's last clue has a background that is the game Go! Her riddle/clue mentions beauty hiding a demon. I'm separating Cassi clue 8 from clue 7. I'm going with Japanese urban legends, but not just fox spirits. I'm also going to say street or house. Cassi has hinted at streets and Doc has mentioned houses shouldn't be our only guess for his performances.
  2. From my FB post: Sean: "This looks like the Chinese game "Go!" - a game in which players use stones to surround their opponent and capture their stones to win. This game has been around for ages and is considered legendary." Kathy: ""Archaeological evidence shows that the early game was played on a board with a 17×17 grid, but by the time the game had spread to Korea and Japan, in about the 5th and 7th centuries AD respectively, boards with a 19×19 grid had become standard" If my preliminary count is correct, the lines left to right are indeed 17. Although top to bottom are 15? But ancient, and Chinese, and demons? Where have we seen this recently?" So, it's the game Go
  3. When we walked through Kong in 01(?), we didn't see the animatronics. That was so long ago, and I don't have the Vault to use for a memory jog anymore. But, yeah, I don't remember seeing any of the animatronics. I'm not sure how close you could get to an animatronic of that size without it losing some of the illusion. I feel that any giant monsters (Godzilla, Cloverfield) would be difficult to translate to a house without projections.
  4. To quote Rick Spencer: "It gets worse before it gets better..." It will all make sense in the end! When we are no longer waiting for the reveal!!
  5. Darkness is coffee? I love Folgers Dark Roast (well any dark roast really!) The best part of waking up is darkness in your cup!
  6. The Splitfoot can connect to many things. Especially since Gabriel fell.
  7. That's Cassi just playing with me since I've been letting my King Flagg fly. Old Mr. Splitfoot is a colloquialism for Satan/the devil. It's a reference to his cloven hooves. Cloven is synonymous with split. King is just one example of a modern day author to use this name for the devil. Spiritualisms/seances... Haven't we seen a device that's suppose to help aid the living in contacting the dead?
  8. I'd say since we have a disaster permit that that would never happen, but we all know how that goes.
  9. That's what I get for waiting for the rest of the permits before announcing they were there. I've had them since yesterday at about 5pm. No new ones as of yet today. They are dated 5/13/14, but weren't on the site until yesterday.
  10. I hope so too! On a random note, I've been calling her Cassi.
  11. I have a guess for Doc's 8th performance. I don't like it, but I got it. TWD Always look on the bright side: It's a rumored house that many of us should try to look for a bright side to it. It's From the Life of Brian. Brian is the names the governor used on this season.
  12. This info is killing me! Why move the props?!!!! Huge house? Or dare I say it... That area has been used as a dual run in the past. Can't get hopes up. Can't get hopes up! Who am I kidding? I read the props were moved and I started doing a dance about a dual run. Someone talk me down.
  13. Jack house and street!!!! Clowns everywhere!!!!! I want Jack to sing "I'm a little teapot". It's not my fault these images come to me! But once formed, I want to see some of them happen.
  14. Japanese urban legends would be cool. The Xenomorph always looked like it was smiling to me. Has ever since I first saw the movie as a kid. Note of warning. Don't google xenomorph smile. It's a traumatizing google search. And I'm probably not going to pursue performance 2 as Alien anymore. Can't deal with what now lives in my brain.
  15. I just thought of it after reading the lyrics for the umpteenth time. It finally clicked. EDIT: I've been considering Alien for You're Never Fully dressed Without a Smile.
  16. El Chupacabra most likely originated in Puerto Rico. I'm going to go with a different take on Doc's most recent clue. Rainbow High is about putting on a "face" for the public. It's Jack! "I'm their product, it's vital you sell me So Machiavell me, make an Argentine Rose I need to be thrilling, I want to be Rainbow High They need their escape, and so do I"
  17. You're welcome! I was getting confused by which clue was which from which source, too. Hopefully this helps us all! Now...Doc has eluded to needing to say/sing more with his cryptic performances. (It was a convo I had with him on FB). The only more I can think of is streets... Have we considered streets for any of Doc's vids?
  18. I hope this helps everyone! Dr. Jimmy's Clues: Cassilda's Clues:
