  1. And that's where you can blame sue-happy America. I couldn't agree more with you though. The actors need to get closer and more personal. Seriously, MAKE IT A HAUNT!
  2. I would say scarier visuals, more aggressive actors, darker content, and above all else, Turn The Damn Soundstage Lights Off Please!!!
  3. Agreed. If we get a 3D house, it better be as good as The In Between, or it would be a waste of a house IMO.
  4. Wow, I couldn't tell for most of the parts. Either I don't remember much of the '07 house or they added a lot. hmm.
  5. Hey has anyone watched the Jack's 3-Dementia house from Singapore on youtube? In my opinion, that's how a 3D house is done! And if we get a Jack house for HHN25, I'm hoping it's just like that one.
  6. well if this house is being "written" as Mike said, then it almost has to be an original concept. If they are writing the story for the house my guess is it's either a new concept for an icon house with an unused story, OR it's a sequel to a past franchise like Nightnengales. However, you are also right as it could be a house that has been scrapped in the past, like Ritual, which to clarify was only speculated to be 3D. But again, the house is being written, so if they already had a concept for Ritual, they wouldn't have to re-write it unless it totally sucked which is completely possible because they did indeed scrap it for FDTD. I don't know guys. There's a lot this could be, but if one thing is for sure, it's original.
  7. Ah. Path Of The Wicked. Forgot the name. Thanks, Legacy. So what about the Gothic house. Could those have been stunt performers as well?
  8. What made Gothic so cool to me was the fact that they had actors flying around, and if they were to put some ziplines into the zone, they could have the bat creatures flying around over guests. I think I remember zip lines being used before but I can't the name on the zone.
  9. Since it's the 25th anniversary It's possible we get a new All Night Die In house to as an HHN past house and see Stephen King properties in it. That's COMPLETELY a wild idea, and if All Night Die In comes back, it'll probably consist of a bunch of paranormal genres. (The Conjuring, Oculus, Annabelle, Woman In Black 2, etc) since that's a large genre that can't necessarily be used as full length houses, but in this case can be used as scenes in an All Night Die In house. I'm overthinking everything, but right now without clues, that's all we can really do.
  10. Yeah, we started getting stuff about early March while Mardi Gras was still going.
  11. An idea I had was that the LT app is for an interactive "scarezone". Yes, houses have conga lines which won't work for an interactive LT experiance, due to some being slower than others, But a LT interactive scarezone is an idea that would definitely work. A house of that sort would call for needing to hand out guns or whatever it is that you are scanning with, to each person that goes through. However, for the scarezone, they can just have people use the mobile app to scan around the zone. We have things all scattered to scan around the scarezone, trying to find clues and what not, while interacting with it using our phones. It would be perfect. Add some scareactors, and you have SZotY.
  12. Well, It being an anniversary, I have a feeling they'll take the opportunity with LT and run with it.
  13. yeah, I figured LT would start forming with clues and hints by January or February. By the end of Mardi Gras, we should have lots of rumors and hints to speculate.
  14. If anything, I feel this event is recovering to it's adult style to be honest. HHN22 and HHN23 were completely appropriate to most children. HHN24 had a lot more gore and sexual themes than it did in the 2 years before. Or at least that's just my opinion.
  15. Speaking of The Mummy, maybe we could see the Mummy extended queue used for The Mummy house? The Mummy reboot (2015) becoming a maze has been brought up on this thread and I figured that the mummy extended queue would work well for the mummy house since it's with the theme. That's assuming you enter the maze through the regular queue?
  16. So if we get original house sequels from the past (I'm hoping we get at least 2) which 2 would be best? I'm going with Nightengales and All Night Die-In simply because they have such better storylines that are strong enough for sequels, not to mention they are easier to translate to the newer crowds that haven't seen these franchises before. (Scary Tales is a wishful thought for me though)
  17. Devil's Pass is one of my favorites! (Anyone wondering, note that it is on Netflix) I think Devil's Pass could be done as a hosue honestly. And it would be terrifying.
  18. I'd say we get multiple icon houses since it's an anniversary. I'm hoping to see a Jack house that takes place at the Giggles N Gore clown factory, where the clown minions have rebuilt him. "Giggles N Gore Inc 2: Jacked Up" or "Giggles N Gore: hiJACKED". A generic Jack house could also be a 3D house. As for a history based house... what could be used besides Nightengales 2
  19. As of now, there is a very very small chance we see AHS for HHN25, unless it's all the seasons and not just FreakShow. I say we see an AHS season combination house somewhere up the line but not for this year, especially because of Jack. But don't forget: HHN Hollywood AND Orlando have tried to get the rights to AHS numerous times but the creator of the show is very protective of it. I doubt we get it because of that.
  20. The one reason I was hoping that HHN25 was a two park event, is for one reason in particular. Jurassic World. I know, this has been brought up for a maze idea. I'm thinking a scarezone. In the Jurassic Park side of Islands Of Adventure. Here's a short description for the 2015 Jurassic World movie: Set 22-years after the first film, the new film finds that John Hammond’s (Richard Attenborough) original vision has finally become a reality. The park, on Isla Nublar off the coast of Costa Rica, has become the number one tourist destination in the world. Not only are there dinosaurs, but there is also just about every other amenity you could hope for in a resort like this, including rides. When a new breed of genetically manufactured dino breaks free, it wreaks havoc on the park. Definitely sounds good. Imagine a scarezone for this. Since Jurassic Park at IOA is very forest-like and somewhat narrow, it makes for an awesome scarezone. Especially for this new film. I can definitely see loads of fog, lots of plantation (which is already provided from the pathways), and some good scare spots. Add some scary growling noises, and some dark but fire-like lighting, and you have a scary jurassic world scarezone. The plants and bushes on the sides of the walkways make greta hiding spots for actors. Now, for the actors, I can see them being injured victims from the dino. All scratched up, or missing limbs. As for the dino... I wonder... A scarezone Puppet? That would be amazing. A giant dinosaur puppet coming out of the "forest" of narrow walkways. Coming right at you, with a loud roar! This is all ideas coming straight from my head, but this would just be awesome. Even for a dinosaur scarezone.
  21. So... back to HHN25... I think we get a both park event. Not sure if we already went over this but any thoughts? (Just to get back on track)
