Where else would it goConsidering that Murdy regrets putting Wolfman in there, I doubt he would try to put a huge Uni release in there again.
It makes sense for the first two scenes, but after that it would be pretty embarrassingly unfit. Dracula Untold was the first deal Murdy made and Dr Jimmy knew about it way back in May, during a year where information was harder to get than normal. It seems like a big deal for Universal.

I was walking around backstage today on a VIP tour for the Diagon event and saw 22A. I have very serious doubts Walking Dead will be in there. Wasn't allowed near other sound stages so I couldn't see much else.

There is a two drink limit in VIP. The lounge has a somewhat subdued atmosphere. I have yet to see an abusive drunk during VIP. However, I am sure there are plenty of places to drink just outside of the park.
I haven't seen any violent drunks, but during my VIP tour last year, about 2/3 of the tour I was put in were all drunk

I know hollywood serves alcohol, and it's bad because there is a lot of annoying drunk people at the eventand... not to sound like an alcoholic or anything, but Orlando actually serves alcohol.
I honestly can't imagine why in the world they wouldn't serve it at Hollywood??? They must lose out on quite a bit of cash... and we all know how important cash is to the people running these events.

Michael Aiello had said on twitter that they managed to secure an IP that he had always wanted to do and was extremely excited for. Now, that could be any number of things, but in the past he's said that every year he pushes for a Killer Klowns From Outer Space house. Again, I may be way off, but it's a possibility... and it's worth pointing out that quite a few of the clowns in that movie had outfits with stars on them.

I asked murdy on twitter earlier if the next maze that was going into construction (the freak out one) is going in a soundstage and he said yes

Yeah I think this is the exorcist, and since the freak out maze is in a soundstage, I hope this house is good^Well, that was the closest I got with the whole "model" theory for Trick r Treat. Everything else you said could work, but I don't think that actress works for the model clue. I think "Beauty" is the Exorcist.
Property "stars a former model and/or beauty queen": Look above.
"Refers to things beautiful on the outside, not the inside": Having a pretty little girl being possessed by the devil himself would work for not being beautiful on the inside.
"Refers to the business of beauty products": I think this is the red herring.
"The hint for the code-name maze is 'Ding-dong'": The Exorcist rings the doorbell. The character who is the title of the maze rings the doorbell.
I think I may have figured it out. Being the "freak-out" property, this is the only way I see this working.

Ha! Was fishing. Sure it's not totally wrong. Also, I have no assumtions. I'll go back to work though. Thanks for the heads up! BTW The rest of it clicked pretty quick. I can't show everything I've found out. That would be a spoil.
I know you could do this so you can know everything coming to the event, but why would you take all this time trying to figure out what the picture says and not share everything, especially since you can spoiler tag everything

Someone asked murdy on twitter if the music maze replaced one they were going to do and he said no.
This confirms two things
1. The music connection for this year is for a maze
2. We are getting 7 houses this year
On a side note, just saw Deliver Us From Evil, while it was nowhere near as good as sinister, it was still good, not very scary, more creepy than anything, and while I doubt it will come, I think this would be a cool house
