  1. While I can admit child's play or ghostbusters hasn't been officially denied, trick r treat has been numerously shut down by murdy but for some reason it keeps coming back up again. There, it's my opinion that child's play or ghostbusters won't happen this year, but it's fact trick r treat won't happen this year.

Even though I should just let this die, he keeps bringing this back up and I think he still doesn't understand what I was originally trying to get across. I WAS NEVER TRYING TO ARGUE WHY I THOUGHT TUCK WAS THE CONNECTION, I WAS SAYING THERE IS NO REASON FOR TELLING PEOPLE THATS NOT IT BASED ON YOUR INTERPETATION OF HOW THE CLUE WENT. this is a code name it seems unanimous that's its gonna be hard to figure out, and it's ridiculous that ideas are already getting shut down

As for actual speculation, the red herring IMO is either hint 2 or 3. 1 has too many connection to be false. 4 has to be true otherwise come on murdy, that's too much

  2. Yeah. He put a slash and LA because it's Oakland.

If he meant present day Raiders, he'd have said the Oakland Raiders.

If he meant the LA Raiders or Oakland Raiders, I'd think he would put the word "or" in between.

Just for the record, you are old enough to realize that the Raiders were also from LA at 1 point?

Fuck you I know the raiders were in la first, I just fucking understand English better than you.

You really think he would make this that easy. I would only narrow down to one person instead of multiple

Seriously dude can you not accept other peoples speculation, if you don't think they're right you need to tell them they're wrong and act like you know everything, fuck you

  3. A Famous Raider player who played on the LA and Oakland Raiders. Even if you consider Justin Tuck to be famous, did he play on the LA Raiders? No.

Famous more than likely means Hall of Fame, so yes, in football terms legendary.

Are you fucking serious, do you really think that putting the slash between Oakland and la means they played for both teams. Don't tell people they are wrong if you don't understand the fucking clue.
  4. I'll go ahead and say I think name 1 is justin and name 4 is love but idk about the other ones. I think bonus hint 2 is a red herring

He said, "It's way outside the typical box of horror". Anthologies are outside the typical box of horror. There are a few, but not many. Trick 'r Treat isn't super popular, but it does have quite a few fans (me being 1 of them). It will gain more fans with each year they play it on the movie channels and hopefully when the 2nd 1 finally comes out.

I'm sure someone has posted the actually tweet of him saying it's more of a well known film and he's already said numerous times he's waiting for the sequel to do the maze

  5. Code name 3 is Name Game 2.0

4 hints 4 names, all connected to theme of maze

Name hint 1: first name of a member of a famous boy band

Name hint 2: name of a famous broadway musical

Name hint 3: name of significant other of character in teen comedy

Name hint 4: name of a band that started in the 60's that would be characterized as garage rock

  6. Another guess to throw at the Murdy clues...

    Child's Play.

Here is why: Info lifted from imdb

"In an interview, Don Mancini said in the original script, Child's Play (1988) was at first a satire on toy marketing and merchandising for children, before the idea morphed into a horror film instead."

So the original script was actually not a horror, but more of a comedy. Furthermore, the (Good-Guy Doll) Chucky also was packaged in a box.

    and then the "friends"...

    Just a crazy guess.

Not sure why I have Child's Play stuck in my head. But oh well.

U need to stop with throwing child's play into everything, pretty sure it's not happening this year

  7. Really? I think if it were online it would sell out even faster, since anyone with an internet connection can get it. If it were in the park you'd have to be more determined to get it, I think.

I'm sure it would sell out fast online but you need to take the time during the event to sign up for a maze instead of going and doing the other ones. It would be better just to do it beforehand.

  8. I'd like this if it were reservation only, and you could only make a reservation the night of the event inside the park, to prevent people from canceling last-minute. First come, first serve is fair to all.

I'd rather it be online reservation, if it was in park, I'd imagine it sell out within the first minute or so, not to mention that it would be harder to do everything as you'd didn't start right away
