Anyone else worried that Crimson Peak may not be ready for opening, I mean the facade for this is supposed to be huge, but at this point, only 2 weeks away, there is no sign of anything!
there's no sign of anything because there will be no facade, didn't want to downsize the mansion so they decided to do nothing at all

I don't think that's the way it was last year, then again this is only my first year, but they should be able to tell you what houses are on the tour for the day you are going and it's most likely going to be the same 6 houses but maybe switched from mornings to afternoons some days

Yea absolutely don't do that I got FOTL last year and was able to hit everything twice without buying 2 tickets. Unless u like blowing money

The way Murdy is talking on twitter makes it sound like something else is coming in place of VIP. I wish he would say what it was so that people don't just buy GA instead.
the problem with that is its not fair for people who would have bought VIP and already bought FOTL, they would have to allow refunds

well I didn't do normal early entry I did first stab but after being one of the first to do AvP for the night, I had to wait like 20 mins for walking dead. I've heard of long lines for normal early entry people though, or longer than they should be. When I did early entry in 2013 it was a walk on for the backlot houses, but then again that night had a significantly lower attendance for some reason

I think it would work best if the Lower Lot ends up being the early entry zone. It seems to be the hub of this years event and if they want to keep crowds down in that area they're going to need to do something, and I think early access would probably work.
How did early access work out last year, with there being 3 mazes on the backlot? Were the lines still short?

No early entry this year, watch. It wouldn't surprise me if they only offered it for Jabawonkeez.
yeah... no, I think they are just deciding to let early entry be in lower lot since there are more mazes or have it the same its been the last two years. Or maybe they think we are stupid and wouldn't already think early entry is for backlot

Well, it looks like I will not be attending the event this year. We like to come down from WA for one night of fun, and this was going to be the year we were finally going to be able to try the VIP experience. If the VIP experience does not come back, looks like HHN's is out for me permanently. My idea of fun isn't waiting in 2hr lines for a 3 minute maze.

Mazes
1. Insidious: can't wait to relive my favorites house of all time, I want to walk through it again more than anything
2. Halloween: never saw the original, only heard good things about the original, Michael Myers. Yay
3. Can't fucking believe I'm about to say Walking Dead: Murdy actually seems to care about this one, it's going to be the biggest house ever featured here and holy fuck that facade looks huge
4. Crimson Peak: while I'm looking forward to this, I have a bad feeling we're gonna drop the ball on this. The fact that murdy decided to not do the mansion facade because it would be scaled down fucking scares me for some reason, especially when we see how big some other facades are(walking dead)
5. This is the End 3D: was really excited for this but 3D just fucking killed it for me and no dick demon boo
6. AvP: not even the best house from last year and its the fucking same, get the fuck outta here
Scarezone
1. Corps: this is the one I wanted to win that contest last year, I just think this would be a fucking cool zone
2. Purge: I always wanted the purge backlot experience to be here last year instead of walking dead, this is gonna be fucking rad as long as they don't fucking have just flashing lights again.
3. Exterminatorz: Rats and Cockroaches count me in.
4. Dark Christmas: eh, I'll just be sad this isn't a house this year.

1. AWIL(my 2nd favorite horror movie and its supposed to be better than hollywoods and i loved that house)
2. Freddy vs Jason(never seen a NOES or F13 house and i get both in one)
3. Insidious(my favorite horror movie and favorite hhn house so fat interested to see what orlando does)
4. The Purge(i know this wasnt the original design but i always wanted a purge house)
