  1. The underwater scene could use a hallway with a plexiglass tank with the walls going about half way up on each side. Fill them with water, then have the path go between them and the creature reach out and possibly splash. With the right lighting and effects... This could work great.
  2. “We have literally hundreds of people cast as walkers” says show director Patrick Braillard “You’re going to see a horde of walkers at certain times completely surround you.” Found that on behind the thrills.
  3. Penn&Teller Newk’d Las Vegas-Magicians Penn&Teller are known for pushing the envelope. They push the envelope with the classic trick of catching a bullet with your teeth…instead of a bullet they use and Intercontinental Ballistic Missile….and miss. What results is a hellish, but hilarious look at what would happen if Vegas were to be affected by radiation. Three boob showgirls are just the beginning. Spoiler-Penn&Teller will appear in the house every night…by way of special effects. One part in the house, however has been constructed so that it will pull away and on select nights Penn&Teller will actually appear! Found that on behind the thrills.
  4. Universal’s House of Horrors-Universal was built on monsters. They have a deep legacy that runs 100 years with film, so of course they have to pay homage to the very fathers of horror. House of Horrors will use technologies and techniques never before used at Horror Nights. You’ll crawl through caves, go underwater with the Creature, and even explore curses with the Mummy. The entire house will also be in stunning “black and white” That is on behind the thrills.
  5. Normally not. When I was a slider for a local haunt... I just used conductors from lowes that were made of metal and put them on my gloves and boots. With steel toes and pads, the spark when used on concrete. I understand why universal doesn't like them. They tear up the concrete after a while.
  6. I found that on twitter... i sense a sarcastic tone to it. Could a modified version of the fearster bunny be making a return?
  7. I found this on Instagram. I "believe" it may be from Hollywood.. but just in case.
  8. It looks like they are getting a bit darker. Which is cool. I think they can do a good job, they just need to get some tricks that work on a larger audience.
  9. Those pictures look fantastic! Glad I still have my glasses Thanks!
  10. Something cool i noticed on the new site update. it seems like that is the angled board room from Forsaken last year. Looks great!
  11. After looking at the reveal of fear video for 2010, my money is on fear bing involved this year. It sounds like him, the end if the video says he arrives. One of the clues says "he is returning". I also love the quote in the video that says " this is not about th past. This is about the future." I can't wait for midnight !
  12. My completely uneducated guess as for SS44 and the whole... "dug up" something not from this world. Is something with the caretaker. Caretaker was fear's choice to represent DEATH. Caretaker as far as I know, is not of this world. He has never really died as far as I know, but... he doesn't really look alive haha. As far as SS44, I can see them doing something like a area that was dug up where the caretaker was buried. In that area with all the construction.. all they need to do is make it safe for people to be near, and add some effects like a tomb and random stuff around it. But yea, all this is me completely throwing stuff out there after i had my morning coffee... We will find out tomorrow YAY!
  13. Kind of a stupid question, but my finance and I are going to be in universal for our honeymoon...and she came to HHN with me last year because I begged her. She won't go in the houses when they are "LIVE" this year, and I feel inclined to not dragged her through it because it is our honeymoon haha. She LOVES the backstory and design of the houses though. Can we get tickets for the Unmasking tours and just do that, without buying HHN tickets? Or is it something where you need to buy HHN tickets AND the Unmasking tickets? I will probably go through HHN myself this year while she is in bed haha. Thanks for the help all
  14. May be going out on a limb here... But I think that doll is in the Victorian ghost house. I just have a hunch.
