I don't think you understand the concept of call times first off. If you honestly expect them to put full prosthetics and airbrush makeup on over 90 people, every day, before the event, I think you're crazy. We would have to have a dedicated make-up artist for each person, over three hours of work, and honestly, not only is that incredibly expensive, but not really feasible. Just the pure amount of prosthetics needed to be made daily would be a fortune. I'm personally a huge fan of the masks, especially after seeing them in person. At the end of the day, the prosthetics don't scare me, the actors do.

The sign was only up on Saturday. So there might have been an actual problem with the effect, I heard the rope effect wasn't working to it's full potential that day, but that it would be fixed by Thurs.

Aw, don't ruin the surprise of the button effects for the people that haven't gone through the house. I don't mind people mentioning which effects happen, but to say which exact button does what, just takes away from the fun and humor a bit!

I think its up to people's own opinions on whether a house is good or not. I had friends that came up from Miami and absolutely loved House of Horrors. I personally don't think any house is shitty this year. I know every scareactor cast, whether it be house or street are busting their asses to try and make this year one of the best.
