  1. This might be my favorite house ever. I got scared every room. Then tag teamed in the finale.
  2. Without getting into specifics, pow sticks had to go.
  3. There are a lot of factors involved. The person you ask, directions the casts have been given, etc. Best rule of thumb is, if they do stop, be quick. Have your camera ready, take your picture, done. Two seconds max. I'll stop maybe once or twice and only if they people are absolutely ready.
  4. Troiandan, Sloth's minions are the guys with the zombie esque faces with the sunken eyes if that helps.
  5. Luck Be a Lady plays four times through the course of a set. And there aren't six scareactors at the most. There are four minions and four ugly Lucks. Not including the pretty Lucks up top.
  6. I got in the face of everyone wearing a Nightmares shirt. Anonymity is the word of the day...
  7. Am I the only one who think H.R. looks a lot like Unknown Hinson? The resemblance is eerie.
  8. Yes. They are Lady Luck's hand picked guards.
  9. I am pretty sure they alluded to possibly continuing the Nightingale story line at the Tweet Up.
  10. I am actually going to be in cast B. Found out last week.
  11. The costumes for this house are ridiculous. In a good way.
  12. I agree with fallow about the facade. I am thinking the start of the house will be the ship then the "facade" will be the beginning of the battle between the soldiers and the forsaken.
  13. I am excited. Darkness/pitch black is something universal. Most people are afraid of the dark or were at one point in their life. Something eerie about it. Can't wait to see exactly how dark they can pull off and the fact it's going to change during the night.
  14. Is this house in the ship or a fort or both?
  15. Holidays of Horror. To me it's a really clever idea. So yeah... But I think Nightingales will be the scariest.
  16. I am a little worried about Sting Alley. I went today and there is nothing at all.
  17. All I want from this house is a slight nod to Dr. Paul Bearer somewhere.
  18. Didn't someone report that they were asking certain people at auditions if they would mind being gagged? I could see someone strapped to a wheel if they were gagged. I'm really excited to see what is going down exactly in Sting Alley.
  19. I think you are really off base with your perception of the "general public." This can likened to the buildup for Assasin's Creed really. Back in 2007 I was a hardcore gamer. There was so much hype and buildup with Assassin's Creed that ultimately many of us in the hardcore community were let down. But many of my friends in college and people who I knew in general knew nothing of the game besides that it was supposed to be epic. And they were happy with the finished product while people such as myself thought "this could have been so much more. What a let down." Just today I was listening to The BS on 104.1 and they recieved a card from HHN and incorrectly recalled that last year was Ripped from the Silver Screen. There really is no way to please hardcore fans. Half will think the build up is awesome and will get exited, while the other half will contend it's a let down before the whole thing has even started. Especially in this age of digital media that we live in where almost anything can be leaked in some fashion.
  20. I disagree. It seems some of you are just setting the event up for failure in your eyes when the event hasn't even started. When people ask me about Horror Nights at work it's always just "oh, what's the theme?" If they go to the site, I can honestly say it's probably going to be just see if it's updated with house and zone information. How have they "dropped the ball"? What is there to handle? The event is not going to turn in to Scarowinds or some lower budget less exiting event all of a sudden. And also, this is the first year I know of where some much and yet so little has been teased for such a long time. If anything it should get the diehards stoked for what is in store to come. It keeps the speculation going and the hype building.
  21. Noticed that when it fades to black the horeshoe impression on the victims head fades after everything else.
  22. I think aliens are already being taken care of with The Thing.
  23. I'm going to stick with ghosts. In Savannah and other haunt tours "ghosts" are reported as blue orbs. I know it's just light and humidity and what have you but ghosts and spectres are associated with cemeteries.
