They told us it was too tight and dark for pictures. But we went in anyway because the group ahead of us was running behind.

They didn't mention the picture policy, so I'm going with the info from the website where we can photograph select houses. However they did make a special note about refunds and that you can get a full refund up until 3 days before the tour.

I didn't see on the site that they are available, but I called and booked my tours! Thank you for posting this!

Only Hollywood is getting Roanoke. We are getting Asylum, Coven, and Roanoke.

If it comes back, it will be a bonus house, because you have to pay separately for it.

I was told on the phone 2 weeks ago that it will be coming back this year. I'm not sure why or how Guest Services knows this, or if it's even true. But that is what I was told.

I do the tour every year. I just like to get all of my tickets ASAP so all I have to do is save up money for souvenirs. Plus we always ask for a specific tour guide and we want to make sure we are first on their list. It's a shame that they stopped letting us out in the park at the end of the tour, but I totally understand why they did. I don't mind going back through the gates. Still gives you plenty of time to find a place in the holding areas for HHN that night.

Thank you for responding. I know that you can book the tour if you do the vacation package. I just started to worry that everyone was booking their days and I couldn't for some reason. We called again this morning and they said they are still not accepting reservations yet. I guess I'll continue to check the website daily.

Has anyone been able to book their Unmasking the Horror Tour tickets? When I called they said they weren't available yet. But someone on Facebook said that they got theirs.

I was told over the phone that everyone can play in the park, but those with Frequent Fear passes will be able to unlock more because they will be returning for multiple nights. Not sure if this is true. But I just wanted to share just in case.
