Last night Murdy said the Hollywood maze was going off script for the ending which he called a "surprise".
I asked him if the Orlando house would have the same surprise ending, he said no, but that Mike had a great ending as well.

That should read Unofficial Story and Guide.
They are not an official source of information and simply use the same guesses, speculations and sources that many here do, they have sometimes been accurate and sometimes not so much.

Well, i'm no longer one for inside info myself anymore... but sometimes I still hear whispers.
And I have heard a whisper that perhaps that maze is not Scream but another shared IP with Orlando? Process of elimination should help you figure out what. Not saying the name because it hasn't been officially announced but has been discussed in forums.
Now pure speculation, if there is a Scream maze with the issues last year in Orlando, would it be based on the film or the MTV series?

Listening to Dr. Jimmy's Chance video, he mentioned briefly a "red face" and a "green face" of Chance. I know that could simply be referring to her eye treatments, but Jimmy sometimes throws around extra clues. With all the 3D talk going on, it got me wondering - maybe a dual run house for her two personas - one run 3D and the other not?
But I think that set painter's post didn't imply anything for this year.
Nevertheless, a dual run icon house would be fun to see.
I didn't mean to imply that I knew much else about this than anybody else. I don't even know the name of the house... unless that's what You Won't Stand a Chance is meant to be?
My guess is the house starts in Shadybrook most likely ( the padded cell motif on the website) even though Mike said "prison". But only for the opening and closing scenes with the rest of the house in her Theatre of the Mind. Maybe a scene in the middle in her cell again, but not too much as the fantasy is likely more visually interesting.
When I said Red and Green I was going off the color coded eye make-up but also her hair ribbons. Mad Chance in red, Happy Chance in green. Also thought about color symbolism, red for stop green for go etc.

The past couple of years LT was only used in the final week of the event and wasn't announced until the last minute before that.
In both cases the LT activities were also to test new tech for future theme park attractions.
It is always possible something may pop up again this year, but it may not be till near the end of the event again, I suppose it depends on whether or not they have anything else they still want to test out on us.
